Did anyone hear Obama call him a "jackass"? Supposably he said it "off the record" before an interview. I don't know how it got leaked, but I personally think Obama is a stud for saying what he thought.
Although Kanye is a "jackass", it is still hard for me to think bad about him because he has such great music. And second of all, I was already annoyed with Taylor's "I can't believe this happened to me. I have always imagined this feeling, but I never thought I would ever be here" type speech. I have never heard that line before. It must have taken her all night to think of that.
I have no problem thinking badly of Kanye West. Yeah, I do like a couple of his songs, but how he is as an artist has nothing to do with him as a person. He is one of the most cocky and ignorant people. No, I don't know him personally BUT in comparison to all the other celebrities out there... he's not someone I'd want to be friends with. What he did at the VMA's was hardly shocking behavior coming from him.
